Automatic tuition
Focus on the road, without manual gear changes
Patient, personalised automatic driving lessons
Automatic driving lessons remove the need to operate a clutch or change gears manually. This can give you more space to focus on observation, road awareness and making safe decisions.
Our automatic tuition is suitable for complete beginners and learners moving from a manual car. We will discuss your experience and help you build confidence step by step.

- Understanding the controls and moving away safely.
- Managing speed, braking and stopping smoothly.
- Mirrors, observations and road positioning.
- Junctions, roundabouts and responding to traffic.
- Parking, manoeuvres and independent driving.
Choosing automatic or manual
If you pass your practical test in an automatic car, your licence will normally cover automatic cars only. Choose manual lessons if being able to drive both types of car is important to you.
Automatic tuition can simplify vehicle control, but it does not remove the need to develop safe judgement or guarantee fewer lessons. The right pace depends on you.
